Gurnee Studio Share
Gurnee Studio Share is officially open and ready for renting! I’m so excited to see this vision come to life and to provide a fresh, professional space for photographers, creatives, and event hosts right here in Gurnee.
Conveniently located at 4181 Grove Avenue (MAP), just off Route 41 and Delany Road, and only 2.5 miles from the I-94 Grand Avenue exit, the studio is easy to access for both you and your clients.
I’m also thrilled to welcome Glam Luxe Artistry as our in-studio hair and makeup partner! Owner Meg and her talented team are available to glam up your clients before their photo sessions, making the entire experience even more seamless and elevated.
The studio features two charming “petite portrait studios,” ideal for photographers specializing in portraits and family sessions. Each space can comfortably accommodate up to six subjects, providing a clean, versatile setting to let your creativity shine.
STUDIO A
Light and airy, a nearly all-white space with great natural light in the morning and early afternoon. It comes equipped with two AlienBees flash units, two flash triggers, and two soft boxes for steady lighting. There's a full-length mirror, white desk with white chair, white armchair, clear acrylic chair, white decorative chair, white fluffy chair with wheels, a white futon and white vanity with white fluffy stool.
STUDIO B
Miscellaneous studio with three 9' backdrops (white, black and green screen) on a roller photography backdrop wall mount with several other 9' backdrops in the room for use as well. This studio comes equipped with two AlienBees flash units and two flash triggers. There is a full-length mirror, black futon, two black stools, one wooden stool, a teal velvet tufted armchair,a black tufted round ottoman and a posing table and stool kit.
RENTAL PRICING
The grand opening special for 2025 is $40 per hour per studio (minimum one hour) and includes the following:
- A tour beforehand with tutorial on how to use the lighting kits (if needed)
- Access to common areas (lobby and restroom)
- Snacks and beverages in the lobby, along with a TV perfect for IPS and slideshow image viewing
- Restroom amenities
- Usage of one studio space for one hour (includes setup, photographing and tear down)
- Any and all furniture/equipment in your studio of choice
- Usage of any of my 25+ backdrop choices that are stored in the lobby
- Movable backdrop stand (one in each studio)
- Mini vacuum and various cleaning supplies
